Catch Up

I probably shouldn't bother blogging, since I am always so far behind. But, if anyone still checks this thing, this is what we've been up to. We packed up our house in Philly and said our goodbyes. Much thanks to Berk Sr. for helping Berkley pack and drive across the country in our moving truck. I miss our house...

Tanner and I flew to beautiful Vernal to hang out with the Halls.

We had lots of good cousin time.

And 4-wheeling time.

Thanks Barbara and Berk for letting us have so much fun on the 4-wheelers.

Berkley and his Dad made it to Vernal and then we headed down to California for more fun cousin time.

Tanner, Brady, Ryder, Cade, Jacob

And good beach fun...

And the highlight of the trip for Tanner was a trip to Knott's Camp Snoopy. This place is seriously perfect for kids Tanner's age.

Thanks Grandma

and Grandpa

I also got to see the old group as we said goodbye to Aubrey. Good luck in Brazil, dude!

And this is what we came to Tucson to find... all our stuff packed into this storage unit. Thanks to all our parents who helped us with this move. We hope we won't have to do a move again for a while!

I'll post pictures of the new place soon. We're still unpacking!

Saying Goodbye

Today was an emotional day because we started saying our goodbyes. Berkley got released from the Bishopric. It was strange but wonderful to have him sitting next to me in sacrament. I know I keep dragging out our goodbyes to Philly and everyone here, but I have a hard time with change. Almost our whole married life has been here. It's where we bought our first house and had our first baby. Our ward has also been a huge part of our lives here. We have learned and grown from our experiences and from the people that have touched our lives.

Some of the YW leaders: Brenda Williams, Natalie Kelly, ShaNae Noyce.

My dear friend Sophie Tailey, who gave me this traditional African dress.

Tucson here we come!

In case anyone hasn't heard, we are moving to Tucson next week! We are excited for this next adventure, although it will be hard to leave Philly. Seeing that I've never been to Tucson in my life, this should be fun. Berkley is going to work for Pacific Dental... can't believe he's going to have a real job. Wish us luck in the heat. (Berkley will need it because I turn into a monster when I'm hot!)

Kentucky!

This past week we took a little roadtrip to Morehead Kentucky to see Kally and her cute family. We were roomates at BYU. We had the time of our lives checking out Morehead, even the back woods, eating, reliving the glory days at the Y and playing with cutie pie Brody.

Kally even took us to Lexington for a little tour and some shopping. This is in front of an awesome southern estate. Forgive us for our clashing greens.

UK!

Tanner was a champ in the car. The drive was not too bad... except going through West Virginia in the craziest weather I've ever seen.

Kally, Kris and Brody - thanks for letting us come play with you guys. We had a blast and want to do it again someday. Tanner keeps asking about baby Brody. Kally, I can't believe we didn't get more pictures of us together, so I stole this one from you. You guys are the cutest family. See you in Tucson!

Youth Temple Trip

Last Saturday was our last youth temple trip with our ward. I'm really going to miss this temple. It is so beautiful. But, we are all excited for the temple that is going to be built in Philly. Berkley and I will have to come back when it's dedicated.

Berkley's Graduation

Yay! He did it. Berkley is finally done with dental school.

Here are the guys. Would you trust any of these guys as your dentist?

It was so cute. Anyone that had kids got to bring them up on stage to recieve their diplomas.

The Halls came into town for graduation.

And my parents came too.

Berkley's childhood friend, Tyler, also surprised everyone by flying up from Texas. Thanks for coming everyone!

Happy Birthday Tanner!

Baby TanTan turned 2 yesterday! Whoa, I can't believe we have a 2 year old. We love you Tan Man!

Berkley and I attempted this Lightening McQueen cake... Tanner loves Cars.

3 cupcakes down, a whole cake to go...
